NOTEITIN.COM (hereinafter, referred to as "Noteitin", “we”, “us” or “ourselves”) provides its service including Noteitin Web Application, Noteitin Mobile App, User Forum, Help & Learning pages, and other products and services available in Noteitin (hereinafter, referred to as "Noteitin service", “Noteitin application”, “Service” or “Tool”) to you, subject to the following Terms of Service. The Terms of Service inform you what you can expect from the service, and what Noteitin expects of you. Noteitin may amend the Terms of Service at any time by posting on the website.
Please read the following terms of service before you use Noteitin application. Noteitin is owned, licensed and operated by OBS Tech Limited. The Terms of Service is a binding legal agreement, which governs your use of the Noteitin application via any platform or device. By using the Notetitin application, you acknowledge, accept and agree these Terms of Service.

Registration

To access the service, you need to register for a membership. When filling out the membership forms, you must provide accurate, and complete information, and maintain updating it in case of any change. If you provide any untrue or inaccurate information, or Noteitin finds reasonable grounds to suspect your information, Noteitin has the right to suspend or terminate your membership and access to the service. You need to define a username and password for registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and username, and all activities that occur with your password and username, including fees incurred by your membership username on the service. In case of any unauthorized use of your membership, you should notify Noteitin.

Membership fees

Individuals may obtain a membership with the service with or without paying a fee. In the paid subscription service, which is referred as Premium, we offer certain features that are not made available to users of the free version of the Noteitin. We will charge fees to access certain components of the service. Each Premium member has access to upload files unlimitedly, use maximum note size, use 20 tags per note, view the total notes of each notebook, access to reading tools (reading pdf in Noteitin and take a note), advance search tools, import notes, extract notebooks and back up files.
Noteitin paid services are available on a yearly and monthly subscription. You may use a bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal to pay fees. When you log into your Noteitin account and use a credit card for payment, you represent to Notetin that you are the authorized cardholder. Noteitin may also charge you for any taxes to which the service is subject. Each Premium member will benefit from a one-month free trial.
Noteitin reserves the right to modify, discontinue or change its fees of service and if any change is unacceptable to you, you can cancel or terminate your membership, but fees that may have been accrued to your membership before you cancel it, will not be refunded to you. Please note that Noteitin will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

Links

You may use links to third parties through the Noteitin application, Noteitin will not be responsible, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with use of services available through other sites.

Prohibition and warnings

By using Noteitin, you agree that you shall not impersonate any person, violate any law, harass people, use any device or software to interfere with the proper working of the service, use the service in any manner except as authorized in the Terms of Service, take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the service, take any action to jeopardize, limit or interfere in any manner with our ownership of and rights with respect to the Noteitin ,duplicate, reproduce, copy, sell or exploit for any commercial purposes. Please note that if you want to make any commercial use of the Noteitin application, you must enter into a separate written agreement with us in advance.

Trademark

Noteitin, the logo, products and service names are trademarks of Noteitin. You must not display or use them in any other manner.

Notices

Noteitin may provide notices to you pursuant to the Terms of Service through email, regular mail, or by displaying conspicuous notices or links to notices to you on the Service.

Copyright Infringement

We reserve the copyright and as a condition, to your use of the Noteitin, you agree not to use the Noteitin to infringe any intellectual property rights. The account of users who infringe any copyrights or other intellectual property rights, at any time, with or without notice would be terminated or blocked.

Refund Policy

Premium members enjoy 30 days money-back guarantee. You can request a refund within 30 days in case of dissatisfaction with the service or any preference to cancel or terminate the Premium membership. Any refund inquiry after this period shall not be entertained. Please note that no request for a refund shall be entertained if Noteitin terminates services due to a breach of these terms and services.

Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any dispute arising out of your use of Noteitin shall be subject to the laws and courts of Canada.

Changes to these terms and conditions

Please check these terms and conditions regularly. We can update them at any time without any prior notice. You’ll agree to any changes if you continue to use Noteitin after the terms and conditions have been updated.
