Noteitin is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal data and information. This Privacy Policy explains what information OBS Tech Limited ("Noteitin.com," "Noteitin," "we," or "us") collects, uses, and discloses about you when you visit or use our applications and websites, communicate with us through social media, or contact our customer service team, all of which are considered part of the Noteitin Service.
Please keep in mind that we currently only serve individuals.Thus, you are considered an Individual Account client who is both the Account Holder and the End User of a Noteitin service account.
However, while major changes are rare, this approach may be modified as new options or legal requirements become available, therefore we recommend that you review it periodically. If there are significant changes, we'll let you know and, if necessary, request your permission.
What information does Noteitin collect?
Any text, files, pictures, speech, or other information that you desire to include, upload, or save in the Noteitin Service is considered "Content" by Noteitin. We can also collect and obtain the following types of information:
- Basic subscriber data: in order to open your account, we collect and obtain identifiers such as your full name, email address, billing address (in the case you decide to purchase a paid service), and other payment information.
- Basic subscriber data:Data of your usage: We collect and log Internet or other electronic data on how you and others access and use Noteitin, such as writing a note. Cookies may be used to collect information about your usage. For additional information, go to the Cookie Info page.
- Location information: We collect the IP address you use to connect to the Noteitin Service, as well as your location information from a mobile phone if you want to share it with us.

Would someone at Noteitin ever view my Content?
In general, no one in Noteitin will see or check your content.We only provide others access to your content if you give us permission or if we need to comply with our legal requirements.
How does Noteitin share or disclose my information?
Our values include protecting your information and providing a sense of security. We go over the terms under which we share your information in this category:
- To optimize application functionality and complete payment transactions, we share your information with service providers who handle data on our behalves, such as credit card processors and customer management systems. We ask these partners to adhere to strong data protection procedures in accordance with our privacy policy standards and our legal obligations.

How long does Noteitin store your information?
Until you decide to delete the content you save on Noteitin, we make it easily available to you. If you remove your information, it will be inaccessible to you.
We may terminate an account if it has been inactive for a long period, in compliance with our Privacy Policy. Before taking any action, we will make sure to notify you.
What happens if you want to stop using Noteitin?
As previously stated, you have the option to remove the content and stop using the Noteitin service at any time.
What happens if Noteitin closes your account?
You have the right to request the removal of content if your account is deleted due to a violation of our terms of service. In this situation, we shall investigate it in accordance with our legal responsibilities.
Other information
Does Noteitin allow children to use its Services?
Adults' needs are addressed through Noteitin's services. We will not collect personal information from children under the age of 16. We will remove any information about children under the age of 16 that we receive without parental authorization.
How does Noteitin respond to Do Not Track signals?
Do Not Track is a privacy setting available in most web browsers. Noteitin does not now respond to web browser "do not track" signals or other technologies that offer customers the freedom to choose whether or not their private data about their online activity is shared with third-party websites or online services over time.

Privacy Rights in California
Residents in California are afforded extra rights to personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"). We keep your personal information safe. We use your information for the reasons stated in this privacy statement, which includes "business objectives" as defined by the CCPA.
